Below you can find our tips and tricks on how to enjoy the full VSE Annual Conference 2021 online experience!
Accessing the Conference Main Part – The Plenaries
You can join the online event through the link we have sent to you by email. The link will direct you to the ZOOM event platform. Please remember to use the same login details every time you log in to our event platform. On the day of the event go to ZOOM and log in. This option will give you an opportunity to interact with other conference participants in a conference chat.
Accessing Side Events
You can join side events through the link we have sent to you by email. The link will direct you to ZOOM platform. We strongly recommend you to download and use ZOOM desktop app to make sure all features of the event are available.
Networking
At VSE Annual Conference 2021, you can choose whether you are open to networking and when. Especially if you want to make the most of this unique networking opportunity, we suggest you take your time before the event to register for the event in order to get access to ZOOM event platform with various break out rooms where a live networking will be available.
Equipment
All you need is a desktop device or a mobile phone with an internet connection. During the online event, we strongly recommend you to use a desktop device and a Google Chrome browser to make sure all features of the event are available. The event stream is not recommended on mobile devices. We also suggest you use headphones to make most of your experiences.
